DATED : 02-08-2016 Shri K.S. Narwade, Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise the grounds raised in the present petition concerning the eligibility of the petitioner for nomination, in appropriate proceedings, if required.

Though the request for grant of liberty is opposed by Shri P.P. Deshmukh, Advocate for the respondent No.4, considering the fact that the challenges raised by the petitioner are not considered and if because of the rules he is adversely affected again, he is entitled to raise the challenge.

Shri K.R. Lule, Assistant Government Pleader submits that the lis is between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 and the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are not concerned.
