This is an application filed by the applicants/ respondent Nos. 1-a and 1-b, for speaking to minutes of order dated 28.11.2019.

It is stated in the present application that Civil Application (CAF) No. 4266 of 2019 was filed by respondent Nos. 1-a and 1-b, however, inadvertently in the prayer clause of the application it was mentioned as respondent Nos. 7 & 8 and accordingly this Court by order dated 28.11.2019 allowed

2602cao295.20 respondent Nos. 7 & 8 to withdraw the amount. In the instant application it is prayed that respondent Nos. 7 & 8 mentioned in that application be corrected to read as respondent Nos. 1-a and 1-b and they should be allowed to withdraw the amount.

In view of the above, in the order dated 28.11.2019 instead of applicants/ respondent Nos. 7 & 8 it should be corrected to read as respondent Nos. 1-a and 1-b and they are permitted to withdraw the amount.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
