DATE : 09.02.2016 Shri Anand, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that after the order dated 16.10.2015 was passed, the applicant became aware about the notification by which the case of the applicant was strengthened.

There cannot be review of the order on the basis of the discovery of new material after the order is passed. Hence, the order dated 16.10.2015 cannot be reviewed.

The civil application stands disposed of.
