The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that there is a settlement, which has taken place between the parties out of the Court and as per this settlement, the respondent has agreed to purchase the cattle for a consideration to be paid to the petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that he is not aware of this out of court settlement.

In view of the out of court settlement between the parties, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
