The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.416/2021, registered with Police Station, Sindewahi, Dist. Chandrapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

On 03.02.2023, this Court heard the learned counsel for the applicant extensively and while issuing the notices, has passed an order thereby protecting the applicant from arrest. 4.
Learned A.P.P. has filed affidavit-in-reply that at present, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 5.
Since the words, "at present", are used in the reply, the applicant will have to be granted relief, the prime reason being the investigation is almost complete and noting is to be recovered at his instance. Hence, following order is passed.
ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest in Crime No.416/2021, registered with Police Station, Sindewahi, Dist. Chandrapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120-B of
(2) aba72.23 the Indian Penal Code, applicant - Vijaykumar s/o Vasudev Yergude, be released on bail on he furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall, at the time of execution of bond, furnish his address and telephone/mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and to the Court concerned and shall not change the residence and mobile number(s) till the final disposal of the case.
(iv) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or any Police Officer. (v) The applicant shall not obstruct or hamper the police investigation and shall not play mischief with the evidence collected or yet to be collected by the Police. (vi) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station, as and when called by the investigating officer. (vi) The applicant shall maintain law and order.
The application is disposed of.
