This is an application for converting the present petition as Revision Petition under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).

The learned APP has no objection for the same, and otherwise also, no prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if such permission to convert the present petition into Revision Petition is granted.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1).

The petitioner is permitted to convert the present writ petition into Revision Petition under Section 397 of the CrPC.

Necessary amendments be carried out within three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
