On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefits within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in LAC No. 97/2015 dated 01/07/2020 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
