Mr. A.A. Dhawas, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that all the petitioners shall be applying for release of the compensation in lieu of the employment to be offered and in case if such application is made, respondent No.1 be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.

Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 6 states that they shall consent for withdrawal of the amount of compensation in terms of the award of Special Tribunal. 3.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition in terms of the aforesaid order thereby permitting the petitioners to apply for withdrawal of the compensation. We are informed that the shares of the petitioners have been carved out by the Special Tribunal and parties intend to abide by the same. As such it shall be open

With these observations writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
