In view of the categorical statement made in paragraph 9 of the affidavit of Deputy Superintendent, State Excise, Nagpur dated 19th December, 2019 stating that out of 831 women voters in Gram Panchayat Murti, 356 women voters have exercised right of vote which is less than required 50%, main petition fails against the petitioner and as such impugned order dated 24th January, 2019 looses its efficacy, the matter does not survive.

Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking to withdraw the present writ petition.

Permission is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
