By order dated 19th January, 2021, this Court had dismissed the appeal as abated on the ground that the legal representatives of the deceased - Appellant were not brought on record. It is brought to my notice that the applications dated 04/02/2020 were already filed for condoning the delay and bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased - Appellant. In view of the said applications, the order dated 19th January, 2021 is recalled.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection, if the delay is condoned and the legal representatives of the deceased - Appellant are brought on record.

In the light of the said statement, the delay is condoned and the legal representatives of the deceased - Appellant are ordered
