Heard. The application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is claimed to be dismissed vide order dated 11.11.2022 due to failure of applicants to seek amendment.

It is submitted that since charge-sheet was not filed in proximity, the applicants were not aware and were not able to apply for seeking necessary amendment.

Having regard to above reason and in the interest of justice, delay stands condoned. The earlier order dated 11.11.2022 is hereby recalled and Criminal Application (APL) No.655/2022 is restored at the same stage. 4.

The applicant shall carry out suitable amendment within one week from today and serve the amended copy to other side.
