In view of the statement made by Shri Meghe, learned counsel and Civil Application filed by the petitioners, we grant the request made in the application. Accordingly, Writ Petition No. 2523 of 2015 is disposed of as withdrawn. Civil Application is also disposed of. No order as to costs.
