By this application, respondent nos.1 to 3 is seeking permission for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant.

Considering respondent nos.1 and 3 have given power of attorney in favour of respondent no.2 to withdraw the decretal amount and since the matter has been settled in Lok Adalat, respondent no.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest accrued thereon.

The application stands disposed of.
