DATED : 24 MARCH, 2015 This Court while passing orders on Civil Application No. 2850 of 2014 directed the appellants/applicants to deposit 50% of the decretal amount. Accordingly, amount of Rs.37,02,440/- has been deposited with the Registry of this Court.

As such, without prejudise to the rights of the respondent to seek withdrawal of that amount, we confirm the interim order already operated.

The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
