The record shows that though non applicant was served, he did not appear. Thereafter, order dated 26.08.2022 came to be passed. Thus, criminal appeal came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. Having gone through the application, one more opportunity needs to be granted to the applicant.

Hence, the present application is allowed in following terms.

(i) The applicant is permitted to remove the office objections within one week, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub committee, Nagpur.

(ii) If the office objections are not removed, as directed above, the present order shall stand recalled without further reference to the Court.

(iii) If the objections are removed, list the appeal for admission after four weeks.

The application is disposed of.
