DATE : 10/08/2022 This application is preferred by the respondent for direction to the appellant to deposit balance amount towards interest @ 15% till its actual realization. In view of this application, the State has deposited an amount of Rs.7,58,683/-.

The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that these calculations are not correct and total amount is not deposited, however, he seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. He placed on record pursis dated 10/08/2021, wherein he has furnished the bank details in which earlier also amount was deposited by the Registry. The pursis is taken on record.

Registry is directed to transfer the amount in the account mentioned in the bank details along with pursis. 4.

The application is disposed of.

The applicant/respondent is at liberty to move an application if he is having any dispute over the amount deposited by the appellants.
