As per report and letter issued to medical officer by Investigating Officer, it appears that victim is student and is a Kabaddi Player. The accused is coach and he did sexual intercourse with the victim continuously. Therefore, the victim remained pregnant.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri H.D.Dubey points out order of this in Criminal Application No.113/2019.

The fact in the citied order is framed different. 5.

In the present case, the applicant is coach. The victim is student and is Kabaddi player. She remained pregnant from the applicant and delivered a child. .....2/-
