After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after one year if there is no progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court, liberty is granted to prefer an application after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 6.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
