This is an application moved by the VIDC for condonation of delay in preferring an appeal. Delay is of 230 days.

Notices on the application were already issued and in pursuance to the said notices, learned counsel Ms Bhagyashree Deewan appears for nonapplicant No.1. Non-applicant Nos.2 and 3 are represented by learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri Amit Balpande.

Learned counsel Ms Bhagyashree Deewan for non-applicant No.1 submits that she has no objection for condoning the delay as she has instructions from non-applicant No.1. Independently also, I have gone through the contents of the application on affidavit. I .....2/-

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. The delay is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register the first appeal. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
