20th January, 2016 This is an application for condonation of delay of 36 days in filing Criminal Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd July, 2014 passed by learned Tenth Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola, in Summary Criminal Case No. 3529 of 2006, by which the Trial Court acquitted the respondent-accused of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. None appears for the respondent, though served.
