Shri Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioners filed an application praying for discharge as his client is not responding and giving any instruction. He has pointed out that a letter was issued to the petitioners. For that purpose and the said letter was served upon the petitioners in the month of June, 2022.

It is submitted that despite the fact that they received the communication, they never approached to the learned counsel for collecting the papers.

Thus, considering the fact that the letter was served upon the petitioners long back, in the month of June, 2022.

Shri Dhore, learned counsel is hereby discharged.

Considering the fact that the notice issued by the earlier counsel for the petitioners to take back the papers and though the said notice was served in the month of June, 2022, the petitioners neither collected the papers nor appointed advocate of their choice.

Thus, considering the above facts, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.2179 OF 2022 6.
