This is an appeal filed under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for grant of bail.

After hearing learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers it reveals that 13 years girl was subjected for the sexual assault, and therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. 4.

Permission is granted.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and shall dispose of the matter expeditiously.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
