This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and perused the investigation papers, and I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after six months and prays for expediting the trial. 4.

Learned APP placed on record the Roznama, which shows that, the trial has already commenced, and one witness has already been examined. Considering the fact that the accused is arrested on 23/09/2023 and since then he is behind bar from last two years. 5.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
