Civil Application No. 2935 of 2014: Time to deposit the amount of compensation is extended by a period of 4 weeks by way of last chance. If the amount of compensation is not deposited by said period the ad interim stay granted would stand vacated. However, if the amounts are so deposited the execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal. Civil application disposed of.
