Heard learned counsel for the applicants/ original accused and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the original complainant i.e.Government Labour Officer and Inspector under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicants prayed for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to take appropriate proceedings, if available under law before the appropriate forum.

Allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of.

Needless to mention that if any remedy is available to the applicant the applicant can take recourse to the same. It is made understood that the present order is not passed on merits of the matter.

Earlier operation of any stay is hereby vacated on withdrawal of the present application.
