Heard learned Advocate Shri Lambat for the appellant and learned AGP Shri Kadu for for respondent no.2. As this is only application for withdrawal, it can be decided even though no one is present on behalf of respondent no.1.

The compensation pertains only to orange trees. The Reference Court has directed the appellant and the original respondent no.2 to pay additional compensation of Rs. 42,000/- along with statutory benefits. The appellants have deposited Rs. 2,25,215. Hence, the order :-

(a) The office is directed to transfer 75% of the amount from Rs. 2,25,215/- along with accrued interest in the bank account of respondent no.1. on personal
