The present application is filed by the respondent for withdrawal of compensation amount along with accrued interest, deposited by the appellant with the Registry. 2.

Ms. Niraja Choube, learned counsel holding for Shri Nitin Lambat, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant has no objection for such withdrawal, subject to usual undertaking that if the applicant/appellant succeeds in the appeal, the amount so withdrawn will be refunded. Hence, the application is allowed. 3.

The respondent is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount along with accrued interest, subject to the usual undertaking by the respondent.
