Since the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn the entire amount along with accrued interest lying with this Court is required to be paid to the respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5/the original claim petitioners. However, it is stated that the respondent nos.3 and 4 have joint bank account and respondent no.4 holds power of attorney for respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5. It is further stated that on earlier occasion respondent no.4 was permitted to withdraw the amount for and on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5. In view of the aforesaid statement, respondent no.4 is permitted to withdraw the amount for and on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 as also for himself.
