By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 has objected to the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is made out.

Having gone through the application, in my considered view and the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 3, 4 and 5 constitute sufficient ground. Hence the delay is condoned.
