The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging therein non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court dated 1.8.2014.

On 12.1.2016 we had made it clear that in case by today the order dated 1.8.2014 is not complied with, the respondent no.1 shall remain personally present in this Court to show-cause as to why an action for having committed contempt of this Court should not be taken against him. The learned A.G.P. has placed on record a communication dated 27th January, 2016 along with a notification issued under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 dated 25.1.2016. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In that view of the matter, since the respondents have complied with the order, we do not find it necessary to proceed

27.1CP.71.15 further. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that if the petitioner finds that the said notification or any part thereof is required to be challenged, the disposal of the present Contempt Petition would not come in the way of the petitioner in doing so.
