By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought an action against the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition 311 of 2014.

It appears that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the respondent has issued the appointment order in favour of the petitioner. We also find that the delay in issuing the appointment order was not deliberate or intentional.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
