By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of respondent no.1 be permitted to be brought on record. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraph 2 of Civil Application (S) No.187 of 2018. The legal heirs have been duly served.

Considering the reasons mentioned, the abatement is set aside. After condoning the delay the legal heirs of respondent no.1 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within one week.
