Heard Shri Dixit, Advocate for the applicant. Perused the FIR. The observation of the learned Sessions Court in the order dated 30.01.2019 shows that the brother of applicant namely Akash got the amount deposited in his account. The complainant has deposited the said amount of Rs.16,50,000/- in the account of Akash i.e. brother of present applicant. The applicant, Akash and their mother start his business and on the promise of the applicant his brother and mother, complainant deposited Rs.16,50,000/- in the account of Akash. The custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. Hence, he is not entitled for any interim protection. Application is rejected. JUDGE NSN
