Present application is filed for transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition for divorce bearing No.66/2020 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mangrulpir to the Family Court at Pune.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant placed on record e-mail mentioning therein that both the parties are residing together since more than eight months at Pune. He has no objection to transfer the said Hindu Marriage Petition to the Family Court at Pune. The said e-mail is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of this subsequent development, in the interest of both the parties, it would be

Hindu Marriage Petition bearing No.66/2020 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mangrulpir is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court at Pune. The learned Principal District Judge, Washim is hereby requested to facilitate the transfer. Application stands disposed of.
