This is an application for withdrawal of the amount lying in the Registry. It is submitted that the respondent was permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,40,000/- deposited towards occupational charges vide order dated 29/01/2021 passed on Civil Application (CAW) No.139 of 2021. The said amount was withdrawn by the applicants/respondents. However, Nazar Section informed the applicant that certain amount towards interest is lying in this Court.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 3.

The applicants/respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount lying with the Registry of this Court along with interest, if any, accrued thereon. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
