Heard Advocate Shri R.J. Mirza for the applicants.

The applicants are arrested by Police Station, the weapon etc. recovered from them. Investigation appears to be completed.

Learned APP Shri Rode has strongly objected the application.

From the contents of FIR both the parties lodged report and counter report against each other and offence punishable under section 307, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of IPC are registered against all the applicants. The applicants are in jail from 30.12.2018. Looking to the report and counter report and the nature of offence registered against both the party application is allowed.

Hence, the following order.

The application is allowed.

ba122.19.O.odt The applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount on following conditions. The applicants shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

The applicants shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

The applicants shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

Breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
