Read the reply-affidavit dated 22.02.2023 filed by the learned A.P.P. It has been stated that during the investigation, prima facie no offence has been made out. The Police are intending to file 'C' summary after securing legal opinion.

Moreover, the reply indicates that since this Court has directed for not to carry further investigation, the Police have not taken necessary steps.

In view of above, the Investigating Agency is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law. 5.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to approach this Court, if occasion arises.
