This is an application for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

The contention is that the appellant has not deposited interest granted by the Authority which comes to around Rs.39 lakhs.

Considering total amount of award which is approximately Rs.68 lakhs, permission is granted to withdraw Rs.29,13,081/- along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.

The application stands disposed of.
