DATE : 07/09/2020 The present petition challenges the communication dated 26/07/2019, passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge - 2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, declining to grant benefit of Government Resolution dated 03/06/2017.

The respondent no.2, however, has filed a reply on 28/08/2020, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has been permanently released, in light of which, the criminal writ petition does not survive and is disposed of as such. Rs.2000/- as fees of the Advocate, appointed to represent the petitioner, be paid.
