We direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the said representation expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order.

We would like to observe that while deciding the said representation, the observations made by the Division Bench of this Court in the order dated 10-12-2008 passed in Writ Petition No.4474 of 2005 (P.U. Dixit and another Versus State of Maharashtra and others) shall be taken into account. 4.
