It is not in dispute that the panchanama taking over possession of the property, which was allotted in favour of the petitioner by the respondent No.3, was drawn on 16-2-2018 is not a fact in dispute. Also, there is no challenge to the panchanama whereby the possession was taken over in 2018. 2.

Apart from above, there appears to be delay and laches on the part of the petitioner in questioning the order of taking over possession and refusing to grant extension.

That being so, no case is made out for interference. The petition is dismissed.
