DATE : 17.3.2015.
Heard.
Mr.C.A.Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that rejection dt.9.9.2014 by the High Court was of general representation and request. The petitioner has made an individual representation pointing out personal difficulties to the Registrar General on 17.11.2014 i.e. after that general representation. He also informed that said rejection dt.9.9.2014 is questioned before this Court by the concerned employee and the petitioner is not a party there. According to the petitioner, as his wife cannot be transferred to Washim, the petitioner has no option but to seek transfer to Akola. After hearing the learned Counsel, we find that, on 9.1.2015, the Principal District Judge, Akola has sent a communication to the Principal District Judge, Washim. The said communication cannot have effect of rejecting the representation moved by the petitioner on 17.11.2014. However, it's copy appears to have been served upon the petitioner by the Principal District Judge at
173wp1262.15 Washim.
In this situation, with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate representation/reminder with the Office of the Registrar General and thereafter, to renew his grievance, if it is not redressed, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. JUDGE JUDGE jaiswal
