DATED : 26th November, 2025 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to implement the order dated 17/06/2019. This order has been passed by the State Police Complaints Authority directing Superintendent of Police, Yavatmal to conduct an enquiry to identify the guilty policemen and initiate necessary departmental action against PSI Umesh Nasare and the guilty policemen. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pursuant to the said order, enquiry was conducted by the Superintendent of Police, Yavatmal through Sub Divisional Police Officer, Yavatmal. The report of enquiry was submitted to Superintendent of Police, Yavatmal. The report indicates that it is the petitioner who with an intention that his son should not be implicated under Section 363 of Indian Penal Code, made a false application to Senior Police Officers. 3.

Note-sheet filed along with enquiry report (Annexure-R-1 to Reply) indicates that Superintendent of Police, Yavatmal has perused the report and held that there was no guilt on the police officials. 4.

Despite such status, the petitioner has not challenged the report nor made any grievance against it.

That being so, the prayers made by the petitioner have been met. The respondents have implemented the order dated 17/06/2019. Nothing survives in the petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
