Caste Validity Certificate granted to Pravin, blood relative of the petitioner is under challenge before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Pravin being the blood relative of the petitioner, fate of this petition and also fate of the Caste Validity Certificates issued to the other blood relatives of the petitioner would depend upon the decision that would be rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the SMGate

5caw 369.2021.odt case of Pravin and, therefore, this petition cannot be taken up for final hearing till Hon'ble Apex Court determines the issue of Caste Validity Certificate/Caste status of Pravin or otherwise.
