DATED : 13 th MARCH, 2024 This is an application for grant of bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. After hearing learned Counsel for the applicant, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Application with liberty to file afresh after three months, if there is no progress in the trial. 2.

Considering the huge pendency before the trial Court, liberty is granted to file fresh application after six months, if trial is not substantially progressed. 3.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
