Notices were issued in this writ petition. In pursuance of the notice, respondent no.1 has filed detailed submissions.

Today, Mr. Vaishnav, learned counsel for petitioner, invited our attention to paragraph 10 of the reply filed by the investigating officer to show that the investigating officer has already filed "A-Summary" before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if he chooses to file an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate in respect of the A-Summary.
