The applicant/appellant moved this application to direct the respondent to pay the amount of compensation by crossed cheque or to deposit the same in the court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to a difference in the spelling of the English name of the applicant, the amount was not paid to him by the respondent. He has drawn my attention to the name in question in the appeal. He has mentioned his name as 'Gobriji Thakre'; however, in official documents, such as his passport, PAN, and other documents, his name is mentioned as "Gobariji Thakare". Therefore, the respondent is not paying the amount to him. Learned advocate for respondent submitted that there is a difference in spelling of the name of the applicant; however, she does not dispute the identity of the applicant. 4.

Having considered the aforesaid facts, in my view, the applicant is the same person; however, inadvertently, in the appeal memo, he has mentioned his name as 'Gobraji Thakre' instead of "Gobariji Thakare". Thus, the application is allowed. 5.

Respondent is directed to pay the compensation amount into the bank account of the applicant, within four weeks, on his furnishing

2 40caf579.2025..odt bank account details to the respondent, or if the bank account details are already furnished with the respondent, then pay the amount into the applicant's bank account within four weeks upon receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, this court will be constrained to initiate proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance with the order of this Court.

The application is disposed of.
