This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed in the order dated 11/12/2023.

The applicant is charged of the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii), and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. While releasing the applicant on bail, he is directed not to leave the jurisdiction of the Nagpur District Court without prior permission of the Court. Now, the charge-sheet is filed and the case is fixed for framing of the charge.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the intention behind putting this condition is that the applicant shall not flee away without intimating the Court. Considering the charge-sheet is filed and trial is for framing of the charge, the condition requires to be modified. rkn

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. The applicant shall attend the concerned Pardi Police Station twice in a month on 1st and 15th day of every month, till the culmination of the trial. 5.

The criminal application is disposed of.
