This is an application for correcting typographical mistake occurred in order dated 14.11.2017. In order dated 14.11.2017 passed in second appeal, it is typed as, "The respondent/plaintiff was also directed to deposit balance consideration of Rs.3,90,000/-."

According to learned counsel Shri M.R.Johrapurkar for applicant/respondent, typing mistake in respect of amount, in stead of Rs.3,90,000 it should have been Rs.2,90,000/-.

In this view of the matter, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. In order dated 14.11.2017 passed in second appeal, the aforesaid portion be deleted and in stead of that following should be inserted: .....2/-

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
