By order dated 27/01/2021, this Court had allowed the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant - Acquiring Body on filing an undertaking/solvent surety. 2.

The applicants have stated that the respondent Nos.1 to 4 have executed special power of attorney in favour of applicant No.5 to receive the said compensation. Copy of the same is placed on record.

In view of which, the applicant/respondent No.5 is permitted to withdraw the amount on her behalf as well as on behalf of applicant/respondent Nos.1 to 4. The order dated 27/01/2021 stands modified to that extent.

The civil application stands disposed of.
